DELIVERY
Australia Post Mail services are Normally used for all deliveries of our products throughout Australia.
3 kg and 5 kg Satchels will be used if appropriate.
Bulky and heavier items will be sent by Australia Post Parcel Delivery Service.
Postage is calculated based on your delivery address, size and quantity of products ordered and the price will be shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to use alternative delivery services.
Delivery can take between 5 to 15 working days within Australia from dispatch depending on the destination.
RETURNS POLICY
We will accept returns only if the product has incurred damage during transit. We will not accept returns based on customers ‘changing their mind’ upon receipt of the product.
Please ensure you purchase online wisely.
Cancellation Policy
All orders are final and any cancellations or changes to orders may incur a fee.
